First Camping Trip

We went to Kalaloch, out on the Olympic Peninsula Coast, the last weekend in September. It was a beautiful weekend for camping and long walks on the beach. Okay, so it wasn't REAL camping - we borrowed my sister Chris' mini-RV, but it was a great introduction to the weekend getaway for Lyla. Ray had lots of fun, too.

This picture is at Rialto Beach, by La Push, on the way to "Hole in the Wall." The tide was coming in, so we ended up wading most of the 3 mile round trip walk, but LG was cozy in the wrap.

We've become those parents that will do anything to get their baby to smile - but really, it's such a sweet smile it just melts your heart!

Family!

Dan's family was able to visit us over Labor Day weekend. Nieces Sidney and Anna were so excited to meet their cousin Lyla!











We were so thankful Grandma Judy was able to leave her mission in Salt Lake City for a few days to bond with LG!
